Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the client and BBYVVES regarding the design and acquisition of our bespoke products.

01. Bespoke Commissions

Every garment is treated as a unique commission produced by hand in-studio. Because our products are made-to-order, the final material and fit are finalized prior to the commencement of construction.

02. Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay the amount set forth in the statement of work. All payments must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of a cancellation, the client shall pay for all work and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

03. Product Descriptions and Revisions

We utilize best practices to showcase our product content in an intuitive digital environment. Site revisions are limited to two rounds, and website phase revisions are also limited to two rounds. Additional revisions requested by the client may incur further fees.

04. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of compensation, all selected final materials and digital deliverables produced specifically for the client will be owned by the client. We retain the right to display these designs in our portfolio and website for promotional purposes.

05. Limitation of Liability

BBYVVES shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any failure to perform aspects of the project in a timely manner, unless such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts.
