Return and Exchange Policy
At VVES, each garment is intentionally handcrafted in limited quantities. Due to the nature of slow fashion and made-to-order production, we maintain the following policies to protect the integrity of our work while ensuring a considered, customer-focused experience.
All Sales Are Final
Each piece is handmade to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Sizing chosen by the customer
Change of mind
General dissatisfaction
We encourage customers to review size charts carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis, provided that:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
An exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Desired size, style, or color is available in limited inventory
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Repairs and Adjustments
Craftsmanship is at the core of our brand. We offer:
Complimentary minor repairs (loose stitching, strap tightening, etc.) within 30 days of purchase
Paid alterations for major fit adjustments, assessed individually
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong garment:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the issue
We will repair, replace, or remake the garment at no cost.
Custom Orders
Custom sizing, custom colors, and specially requested modifications are final sale, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. All custom details will be confirmed before production begins.
Order Cancellations
Because we begin preparing materials as soon as an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
Handmade Variation Disclaimer
Due to the hand-crafted production process, slight variations in stitching, placement, or measurement (up to 1 cm) may occur.
